The indicator light on the front of the camera indicates the camera’s status:

the camera is connected and working |

the camera is in the process of being connected to the Somfy servers |

Flashing green |
someone in your community is looking at the video stream live |

Flashing purple |
the camera is in the process of being updated |

Steady red |
a configuration issue has occurred, please reinstall the Security Camera |

Flashing red |
the camera is disconnected and is not plugged into a power supply (only applies to the Somfy Security Camera) |
