The MAC address is a unique identifier of your equipment that may be useful in various advanced operations. This address consists of 12 alphanumeric characters from 0 to 9 and A to F. To find the address assign to your device, two choices are available:
- on the label stick on the bottom of your device
- in the "System" menu of your Somfy Protect app, select the device, the address is on the line named "MAC".
