Why is there no history of a user's arrival or departure ?

A user's arrivals and departures are identified when a key fob crosses a point of access to your home that is protected by an IntelliTAG.
If a user comes or goes through a door that is not protected by an IntelliTAG, only the list of users currently on site will be updated.
