What should I do if I get the message, "There is an issue installing your Link Advanced"?

You are stuck and the Link Advanced installation is incomplete because you are getting the message, "There is an issue installing your Link Advanced."

Contact our customer service department. You will need the serial number and MAC address for your Link Advanced. They can be found in the battery compartment. Also, specify whether you are performing a GSM or Wi-Fi installation.
