What should I do if an IntelliTAG triggers a false alarm?

If an IntelliTAG triggers a false alarm, you may need to recalibrate it or adjust its sensitivity.
If the IntelliTAG detected an opening that did not happen, it must be recalibrated. If this happens, go to the "Settings" menu and then reinstall the affected detector. If a recalibration is still required, you would then need to move the detector to another location, using the adhesive supplied in the IntelliTAG package or by requesting a new adhesive from Customer Support.
If an impact is detected without an established break-in, it is likely that the preventively triggered siren scared off an intruder. If this happens multiple times, you should then lower the sensitivity of the IntelliTAG.
