To test that an IntelliTAG is working properly, you can verify that it detects openings and break-in attempts.
Activate the alarm in night mode to prevent the camera from triggering the alarm during your testing. After the alarm is activated, open the door normally. After a few seconds, you should hear the audible signal. If this does not happen, recalibrate the IntelliTAG.
Repeat this operation, but this time, knock violently and repeatedly on your opening to simulate a break-in attempt. After a few seconds, you should hear the audible signal followed by a 110 dB siren. If this does not happen, increase the sensitivity of the IntelliTAG until it reaches a satisfactory sensitivity level.
