The procedure for turning off your component varies slightly depending on whether you have a Somfy One or a Somfy One+, which has a battery.
Procedure for the Somfy One
In the Somfy Protect app:
Note that your Somfy One must be connected to your Wi-Fi network.
1. Go to "Menu", "Settings", "My components" then select your Somfy One and touch the icon in the upper right corner to turn it off.
2. The shutter will close (if the shutter was open). You can unplug the component, your Somfy One has been turned off. If you do not unplug it, the shutter will open, the LED in the upper right corner will flash a white light then become a steady white.
Manually:
1. Your Somfy One is plugged in.
2. Unplug it:
- The LED in the upper right corner will turn off
- The shutter will remain open if it was open
- The shutter will remain closed if it was closed
3. Your Somfy One is turned off.
Procedure for the Somfy One+
In the Somfy Protect app:
Note that your Somfy One must be connected to your Wi-Fi network.
1. Go to "Menu", "Settings", "My Components" then select your Somfy One+ and touch the icon in the upper right corner to turn it off.
2. The shutter will close (if the shutter was open). You can unplug the component, your Somfy One has been turned off. If you do not unplug it, the shutter will open, the LED in the upper right corner will flash a white light then become a steady white.
Manually:
1. Your Somfy One is plugged in.
2. Unplug it: the LED in the upper right corner will flash a red light.
3. Locate the SETUP button on the back and press it for 10s. The LED will turn off. Note: if the alarm on the Somfy One+ is activated and the siren is sounding, you will be unable to turn off the component for security reasons.
