Why am I unable to connect to my system from the application?

You launched the Somfy Protect App but you are unable to connect to your system.

Please check the following items:
- You did not enter the right email address or password or one of them is case sensitive
- Press "I forgot my password” to get a new one :
If your email address is accepted, this means the problem is with your password
If your email address is rejected, you may have entered it incorrectly : if you are unable to relocate it, you will need to contact our support team.
