How do I disable the battery optimization features, so that smart activation is operational on my Xiomi phone?

Pin the Somfy Protect app

1. Open the Recent Applications bar.
2. Drag the Somfy Protect app down (it will be locked). As such, even if you delete recent applications, it won't erase it from the background. 

OR

On some phones, press and hold the Somfy Protect app, then choose the padlock/lock icon from the menu.

 

• Settings to Customize for MIUI 12 and MIUI 10 models

 

To prevent your Xiaomi device from disabling the Somfy Protect app, you must enable the application's Autostart option:

1. Open System Settings and search for the Somfy Protect app. 
2. Drag to activate Autostart
3. Tap Other Permissions.
4. Activate all settings listed.
5. Select Power Saving Apps.
6. Select No Restrictions.

1. Go to the list of applications.
2. Select the Somfy Protect app.
3. Select Power Saving Apps.
4. Select No Restrictions.
