Critical alerts are notifications that appear when your iPhone is in "Do Not Disturb" or "Silent" mode. These include notifications containing critical information from connected devices.
Critical alerts are now available for the Somfy Protect application and include the following:
- Intruder detection
- Fire alarm
- Panic mode (when the alarm is tripped)
- Motion detection upon immediate ringing
Alerts requiring manual activation from the Somfy Protect application (such as external camera alerts) are not included.
How to activate critical alerts ?
· I am logging in for the first time:
the authorization pop-up is displayed in the application. I click on "I authorize".
· I haven't enabled critical alerts yet
From your iPhone click on Settings > Notifications
Select the Somfy Protect application to adjust critical alert settings, then switch on "Allow Critical Alerts".
Critical alerts will now come through, even if your phone is in "Do Not Disturb" mode.
