Why has my IO/RTS equipment stopped responding through my Link Advanced?

The security scenario has been run, but one of your Somfy IO/RTS items is no longer responding.


This means that the equipment is borderline out of radio range

First, test the radio range via the mobile app. Next, go to:

  • Menu > My equipment > select the roller shutter you wish to test
  • When the settings page comes up, click on "test."
  • The roller shutter should quickly run through a full cycle (raise/lower).

If the roller shutter is not responding, we recommend that you first delete it, then try pairing it again by going to: Add equipment > Roller shutter.
