Why has my IO/RTS equipment stopped responding through my Link Advanced?

The security scenario has been run, but one of your Somfy IO/RTS items is no longer responding.


This means that the equipment is borderline out of radio range

First, test the radio range via the mobile app. Next, go to:

  • Menu > My equipment > select the devices you wish to test
  • When the settings page comes up, click on "test."
  • For example: the roller shutter should quickly run through a full cycle (raise/lower); the IO plug will flash

If the device is not responding, we recommend that you first delete it, then try pairing it again by going to: Add equipment > IO/RTS products.
