What should I do if I can't install a keypad?
- If you have difficulty installing the keypad, make sure it isn't already paired to the Link Advanced. To check, go to the "My equipment" menu and make sure the keypad is not listed.
- Check that the keypad is within radio range of the Link Advanced. Try to install the keypad within a few meters of the Link Advanced. Then try again to pair your equipment.
- Make sure both your phone and the Link Advanced are connected to the internet. The LEDs on the Link Advanced should be solid white. If they aren't, please read the article: What do the LED colors mean on the Link Advanced?
