If you encounter problems when installing your motion sensor. First check that:
- You properly removed the protective battery pull tab
- You took out and properly reinserted the batteries
- Your battery works
- You closed the motion sensor properly
- You are within range of your Link Advanced during the installation, that is, within a maximum distance of X meters
- Your Link Advanced is plugged in
- Your telephone is connected to the Internet
