Why am I unable to link my motion sensor to my Link Advanced ?

 

If you encounter problems when installing your motion sensor. First check that:

  • You properly removed the protective battery pull tab
  • You took out and properly reinserted the batteries
  • Your battery works
  • You closed the motion sensor properly
  • You are within range of your Link Advanced during the installation, that is, within a maximum distance of X meters
  • Your Link Advanced is plugged in
  • Your telephone is connected to the Internet
