The extended fire alarm is a feature that can be activated in the "Settings" menu of your smoke detector.
With this feature, you can have your indoor alarms and Somfy One/One+ (in addition to your smoke detector) sound in the event of a fire alert.
If this feature is activated on one detector, then it is activated on all your detectors.
The sound of your indoor alarms and Somfy One/One+ will be different - they will beep.
To test the beep, open the settings of your equipment (indoor alarm, One), then choose "Extended fire alarm" in the "Test the alarm" tab.
Your indoor alarms and Somfy One/One+ will stop:
- After 3 minutes if the smoke detector still detects smoke
- When you stop the fire alarm
- If you use your key fob to stop them
