Why haven't I received a confirmation e-mail after creating my account?

First, please verify that our confirmation e-mail is not in the spam folder in your e-mail program.

If it is not, go to the "My Account" menu in the Somfy Protect application. Verify that the address entered when creating the account is correct. If you find an error, fix it by tapping "Edit my e-mail" at the bottom of the page.

If you no longer have access to your account, please contact our Customer Support and tell them you lost your login information. So that we can process your request more quickly, please provide the following information:
- the e-mail address you think you entered;
- the first and last name and telephone number you entered when creating the account;
- the name and address of the system, if you created one.
