What should I do if an IntelliTAG fails to detect an opening?

If an IntelliTAG fails to detect an opening, it probably needs to be recalibrated.

If this happens, go to the "System" menu and then reinstall the affected detector. 

If a recalibration is still required, you should then move the detector to another location, using the adhesive supplied in the IntelliTAG package or by requesting a new adhesive from Customer Support.
